Technical support

For technical queries related to the Trusted Research Environment (TRE) contact the TRE Support team. You can get in touch in two ways:

Via your TRE account

1. Log in to https://platform.dnanexus.com/

2. Select Help from the main menu

3. Select Contact Support from the dropdown menu

4. A contact form will open in a modal window. Fill out the form and select Send

Via email

Contact the support team with details of your query at [e-mail].

You will receive an automated reply after sending your query, confirming that it has been logged in the TRE Support tracking system.
