### Technical support&#x20;

For technical queries related to the Trusted Research Environment (TRE) contact the TRE Support team. You can get in touch in two ways:

#### Via your TRE account

1. Log in to [https://platform.dnanexus.com/](https://platform.dnanexus.com/login)&#x20;
2. Select **Help** from the main menu
3. Select **Contact Support** from the dropdown menu
4. A contact form will open in a modal window. Fill out the form and select **Send**

#### Via email

Contact the support team with details of your query at <ourfuturehealth-support@dnanexus.com>.&#x20;

You will receive an automated reply after sending your query, confirming that it has been logged in the TRE Support tracking system.
